StratifySEO (“StratifySEO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an SEO analytics and reporting platform that helps users monitor site health, keyword rankings, backlinks, competitors, and reporting from a single dashboard. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. Name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you create an account.
• Site and project information. Domains, URLs, keywords, competitors, and notes you add to the Service.
• Usage and device information. Log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps used for security and product improvement.
• Data from connected services. When you connect a third-party service such as Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we access only the data you authorize, in order to display SEO and performance insights inside the Service.

• Create and authenticate your account.
• Run SEO audits and generate reports you request.
• Display keyword, traffic, backlink, and performance insights.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• Provide customer support and send service-related communications.

If you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or other Google services to StratifySEO, we access only the scopes you explicitly grant, and only to provide the SEO reporting and analysis features you have requested inside the Service.

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising.
• We do not use Google user data for any purpose unrelated to the user-facing functionality of StratifySEO.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data, except with your explicit consent, for security or debugging at your request, or where required by law.
• You can revoke StratifySEO’s access at any time from your Google account permissions page.

StratifySEO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell your personal information or your Google user data. We share information only with subprocessors that help us run the Service, such as cloud hosting, database, and email delivery providers, subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account or imported integration data, we remove it from active systems within a reasonable period, except where limited retention is required for legal, billing, security, or fraud prevention purposes.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, restricted access controls, and audited backend services. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
